There is no AI scoring or ranking of candidates. Every hiring decision is made by a person on your team, not an algorithm.
No facial analysis
We never run biometric or facial analysis on candidate videos. Recordings are for people to watch, not for machines to score.
EU-hosted
All candidate data is stored and processed on servers located in Europe, in line with GDPR requirements.
Employer-controlled retention
You choose how long candidate videos are kept, from 30 days to 12 months, and can delete them at any time.
No ad trackers
FaceFirst does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on candidate-facing pages.
